Today we held a continuing education class for all licensed real estate agents and CAMs. This class was titled Understanding Mold and we learned a lot about mold and its properties. During this class, the participants joined from Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, St. Augustine and more! People had the opportunity to attend via zoom and in person! The New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors allowed us to use their office space! We learned about why mold can become more visible during times, the process of mold remediation, and the allergens that can occur. The realtors and CAMs will receive free credit toward their license! 

We held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Port Orange South Daytona Chamber of Commerce. It was a fun filled afternoon with networking and grilling out! We had the opportunity to explain our restoration and reconstruction services. We even plugged in one of our air movers to have air flowing through our facility. Everyone also got to meet some of our marketing team, production manager, and of course the new owner David! We are looking forward to future chamber events! 

Over the weekend, our marketing team had the opportunity to participate in the Southern States Management Group Trade Show in New Smyrna Beach. 

Our team had a blast talking about all the ways SERVPRO of New Smyrna Beach- Titusville is here to help and hand out cups, pens, and personal restoration kits to all attendees. 

Our marketing representative Cassie had the opportunity to be a part of a roundtable for the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors to discuss common issues we come across in the restoration industry like secondary damages from untreated water damage, mold, and how we can work with our realtor partners to be the best support system we can to their buyers and sellers. 

This was an excellent opportunity to speak and meet so many local realtors and affiliate members, we cannot wait to attend the insurance roundtable next month! 

Our Marketing Team had the best time networking with everyone at the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors Luncheon! We had the opportunity to share SERVPRO’s water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation and reconstruction services. We also gave away personal restoration kits. Our personalized kits were a play on words for the property damage restoration services we have here at SERVPRO! These kits had tic tacs, stain removers, and on-the-go propel packets! We are looking forward to growing relationships with this amazing community! 

Our marketing team is getting in the Easter spirit and putting together SERVPRO Easter baskets for our local New Smyrna Beach clients.
