Dust Build Up

Have you had your ducts and dryer vent cleaned since the beginning of COVID? Most of us have not, for fear of letting someone into our home. 

The risk of putting this off for over a year is the dust and build up in those areas can cause dust in the air issues as well as a fire hazard. 

These areas need to be cleaned once a year minimum, whether it is in your home or your office it needs to be done. 

Most of these areas are going to be heavier in dust and dirt with everyone working from home for the last year plus. This could make the fire hazard even worse due to the extra build-up of dust and dirt in the vents and system. 

Another thing to consider is also how often you are changing your filter. Most people recommend every 3-6 months. With the COVID virus and the extra build-up of dust and dirt it is a good idea to change that to once a month to prevent extra hazard and keep the air you are breathing more clean.
