Everyone talks about spring cleaning but not summer cleaning. In Florida it is important to keep up maintenance all year round with the humidity. In Florida Humidity often causes growth on the outside of the building or build-up in the vents if the A/C is set to high. 

Now is the time to have your A/C checked out for a tune-up. After you A/C tuneup has been done it is a great idea to have the air ducts cleaned as well. Air duct cleaning ensure that the ducts are working properly, no build up of dust or debris and that the air quality in the building is as clean as it can be from the system after it has been serviced.
