There are too often times when a homeowner notices something but just lets it go. If you see something that looks wrong or just concerns you, call and ask. 

Here at SERVPRO there are no stupid questions. We will be open an honest with as to what we may think is the problem and what a possible solution is. If we can not may a determination or be much help over the phone without seeing it we will always offer to come out and take a look for you, free of charge. 

We never charge our customers an estimate fee. We will come out, determine what we think needs to be done and give you an estimate. If need be we will even help walk you through the steps and processes if you need to file a claim.
