Are You Buying a Commercial Building?

If you are starting a new business or maybe even looking to move a current business to bigger or better location you need to first inspect it. Most people go in and just start looking to see if they like the location and the building in general.
The first time looking at a building it has a star quality of being something new and it is easy to gloss over anything that could be troublesome down the road.
Once you like the place and its' location it is always good to go back for a second look and be much more skeptical to see anything that could cause issue down the road.
Somethings to look for include growth, any unpleasant smells, stains, old carpet, paint, or ceiling tiles. All of these things have potential for trouble down the road. It is always good to have them checked before signing to own or lease the building, even renters have some rights.
