Smoke damage after a fire in a townhouse.

Fires can happen when you least expect them to. In this case, the family was out of the home when an electrical fire sparked in the kitchen and began to spread throughout the home. While the HVAC system was running, soot blew through the rest of the home, blackening everything in sight. When the family was finally notified, the fire department had done all they could do to put the flames out. Thankfully, SERVPRO of New Smyrna Beach- Titusville was there that moment to help with removal of contents and begin protocol immediately. Making sure this family was back in their home safe and sound was our goal! Proper wipe down and rebuild of the property went underway as our professionals worked around the clock to restore not only this home, but this family's peace of mind. A job well done.
