Commercial water damage – New Smyrna Beach
Commercial water damage at this New Smyrna Beach branch bank prompted the bank manager to call SERVPRO of New Smyrna Beach – Titusville to the bank. The leak began during a storm in an area on the roof where the HVAC system was located. The storm had been ferocious but passed quickly. We needed to remove standing water from the roof to discover the exact location of the source of the water leak. Once pinpointed we began our repairs there. The carpeting need water cleaned up and the carpeting cleaned as the water from the roof was dirty water. There was water trapped above some of the ceiling tiles that we pumped out, and there were other ceiling tiles to remove, dry and restore. The bank manager was thoroughly pleased with the efforts of our technicians.
