Commercial Mold Damage – Cape Canaveral Office
Commercial mold damage struck this Cape Canaveral professional office. It began with leaky plumbing in the patient’s bathroom area. SERVPRO of New Smyrna Beach – Titusville was called in after the mold was discovered to assess the extent of the damage further and co-ordinate the mold remediation process. The before photo on the left show that we cut a portion of the drywall out so we could dry the area between the walls and treat it with an antimicrobial substance to inhibit future mold growth. Industrial strength air movers and dehumidification equipment are used to aid the drying process. Once monitoring devices signaled that the drying was complete, we finished the reconstruction phase by installing new drywall, painting, and buffing the floor.
