A commercial water damage from a storm tore large portions of the roof from this Medical facility allowing flooding throughout the 15,000 foot building. We were called in during the storm to attempt to place tarps on the damaged roof sections, but the high winds kept tearing the tarps out along with more sections of roof. The water damage caused severe calamity as you can see in the before photo. We first employed commercial water removal equipment to extract the standing water. We tore out and removed flooring and building materials that were too damaged to restore or were an impediment to drying the subfloors.
