Fire Damage – Edgewater Historic Home

SERVPRO of New Smyrna Beach-Titusville was called in to restore this fire damaged 19th Century Home. Fortunately, no-one was injured in the fire, but lots of TLC was required for the home and its owner. The house had been in the owner’s family for several generations. Fortunately, most of the key structural elements were still intact, but the majority of the plaster wall finishing had to be removed. The owner also decided to upgrade to more modern, energy efficient doors and windows, as well as new plumbing fixtures and the HVAC system. The entire project took just over three months, and the owner was back in her newly renovated home.
