Mold Damage In Titusville

A significant groundwater intrusion after a storm in Titusville destroyed the drywall and wetted the wood studs in this house. The owners were gone for some weeks, and this allowed the mold to flourish and damage several rooms. Our only recourse was to gut the mold and water damaged materials as part of the demo, and discard according to local codes. We completed the drying process with air movers and dehumidifiers, though little moisture remained. Very importantly, we sprayed all exposed areas with an antifungal/antimicrobial  formula for sanitizing and inhibiting future mold activity. Our skilled crew closed up the walls several days later to complete our phase of the mold remediation.
